1. If you have not confirmed your 2021 league team yet, the cutoff date for signing up is April 21st. Please make sure you let us know you are playing and who will be on your team!
2. All league fees (team sponsor and player) are due no later than May 12th. Please make payments out to MMGC Men’s League.
